Councilmember Michelle Tippie

Councilmember Michelle Tippie was sworn into office on January 8, 2008 and is currently serving her second term.  Mrs. Tippie and her husband, Larry, have been married for 31 years and have 2 grown children and have been Whitehouse residents for ten years.  

Mrs. Tippie is employed full-time with a long term care pharmacy in Toledo.  Her hobbies include motorcycles, gardening, genealogy and calligraphy.  She also refers to herself as the "Village environmental watchdog".

Mrs. Tippie serves as the Whitehouse Village Council representative for TMACOG, Council representative for the Charter Revision Committee, Council representative for the Whitehouse Tree Commission, and is Vice-President of the Executive Board of Awake.
