The Whitehouse Fire Department is strict about maintaining your privacy and complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).  Whitehouse Fire does “soft-billing” for the residents of the Fire District for medical emergency services. The Village of Whitehouse contracts with Medicount Management for all billing of EMS service.  If you have a question about a statement sent to you or your insurance company, please contact Medicount Management directly at 1-800-962-1484.  If you have any further questions about how we handle your medical information, please contact our Fire Department at (419) 877-0363.

If the patient was transported by the Life Squad, Lucas County EMS will bill the insurance and/or the patient.  Please call the number on the bill should you have any questions regarding invoices received from Lucas County EMS.
