In 2003, Daryl McNutt was appointed Chief after having been employed by the Village of Whitehouse for 26 years. He joined the Fire Department in 1981 as a Volunteer Firefighter and was promoted to Assistant Chief in 1993. Chief McNutt belongs to the Lucas County EMS Board and the Lucas County Fire Chief's Association. He was appointed to the State EMS Board several years ago and continues to serve on the board. He and his wife, Deb, reside in the Village and enjoy camping, fishing and boating in their spare time.

Deputy Chief Martin Fuller joined the fire department in 1981 as a Firefighter/Paramedic on Life Squad 9. He was promoted to Deputy Chief of EMS in 1993. Chief Fuller belongs to the Ohio Fire Chief’s Association, State of Ohio Medical Oversight Committee and attends Lucas County Paramedic Advisory Committee meetings as well as Medical Committee and Policy Board meetings. Chief Fuller is married to Barbara and they have two sons, Kevin and Kristopher.
